Direct construction contractors to focus on speeding up the implementation of maintenance projects and well perform the task of ensuring traffic safety during construction. Regularly check the condition of the road surface and traffic safety system, promptly detect and repair damages on the route to ensure smooth traffic during the exam days.

Strengthen inspection of the implementation of legal regulations on business and transport business conditions, especially focusing on traffic safety regulations for transport business drivers. Maintain a hotline to receive feedback and handle situations related to transportation activities, bus stations and rest stops.

Construction contractors of roads being exploited proactively coordinate, review and detect damages, mobilize human resources to promptly fix them to ensure smooth traffic order and safety before and during the exam. Have a plan to arrange officers, staff, and workers to be on duty, guard, guide, and regulate traffic. Arrange a warning system, clean up the scene, gather machinery and equipment in the right place when construction is temporarily suspended, ensuring safe and smooth traffic and environmental sanitation. Organize the construction quickly; clean up and restore the road surface, especially the roads near test sites. Take full responsibility according to the provisions of law if incidents of traffic safety, labor safety, and environmental sanitation occur.

Units managing and operating bus stations organize and assign specific tasks and arrange staff at bus stations to guide, support, and prioritize passengers entering and leaving the station to conveniently buy bus tickets and use other services at the wharf. Promote ticket sales and booking methods such as online and by phone; publicly post ticket prices and transportation services; creating the most favorable conditions for people buying tickets and at the same time taking measures to prevent speculation and ticket trading, not allowing illegal increases in ticket prices to cause social disorder. Strictly implement the process of ensuring traffic safety for vehicles entering and exiting the terminal. Regularly capture information about passengers' travel needs to promptly handle arising situations.

Car transport business units have plans to arrange a sufficient number of vehicles, drivers, and service staff on the vehicles. Develop backup plans or increase vehicles on routes where test sites are held, and work to ensure traffic safety to meet transportation needs before, during and after the exam. Allow no candidates arrive late for the exam due to lack of transportation. Let no increasing transportation fares occur. If any, the increase must meet measures to stabilize transportation fares according to the direction of the Government, ministries, departments, sectors and the Provincial People's Committee. Direct the driver and on-board service staff to take measures to support and create the most favorable conditions for passengers being candidates and candidates' family members to travel before, during and after the exam.
