The conference aims to analyze the component indexes in detail, clearly show the reasons for the achieved and unachieved results, and propose solutions to maintain and ensure sustainability for 2024's component indexes; listen to the sharing of good solutions and experiences from central agencies, sectors and localities in the province for replication and application in the area. Continue to launch the emulation movement in departments, sectors and localities in improving indicators in 2024.

The conference to analyze the PCI, PAR Index, SIPAS, PAPI indicators in 2023 and solutions to improve the indicators in 2024 of Bac Giang province is scheduled to be held on the morning of June 27, 2024, at the Provincial Convention Center (3/2 Square, Hoang Van Thu street, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province).

At the conference, delegates will hear the province's departments and sectors quickly report the results of PCI in 2023 in Bac Giang province; quickly report the results of the Provincial Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index), Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Service (SIPAS), and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) in Bac Giang province in 2023; solutions to maintain and improve indicators in 2024.

Experts of the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will analyze in detail the PCI component indexes in 2023, issues that need attention, solutions and recommendations for Bac Giang province on solutions to maintain PCI scores and rankings in 2024.

Also here, representatives of leaders of some provincial departments and sectors will propose a number of solutions to increase scores and rankings for the component indexes "Labor Training", "Access to Land" in the PCI Index; improve competitiveness at the PCI provincial level; maintain the ranking in "Build and develop electronic government and digital government"; maintain and improve "Institutional Reform" in the PAR Index.
