Accordingly, the boundary scope of planning the Song Mai - Nghia Trung Industrial Park construction zone, scale 1/2,000, belongs to the administrative boundaries of Nghia Trung commune, Viet Yen district-level town and Song Mai commune, Da Mai ward, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province.

The Northeast borders the current residential area and Hoang Hoa Tham street, Bac Giang city. The Northwest borders residential and agricultural land, Chung Nghia village, Nghia Trung commune, Viet Yen district-level town and Nam Tien village, Song Mai commune, Bac Giang city. The Southeast borders the Belt 2 planning road and the road connecting Nghia Trung commune to Bac Giang city. The Southwest borders the current residential area and cultivated fields in Xom Lo village (Nau hill village area), Nghia Trung commune, Viet Yen district-level town.

The scale of the planning research area is 204.17 hectares, of which the industrial land area is 197.10 hectares; current land area is 4.33 hectares; the existing cemetery land area is 2.74 hectares. The number of employees in the planning area is about 17,500 people.
